LawnSavers is currently looking to hire more lawn care technicians to join our team as we grow. This position is open to both experienced and individuals new to the industry without any specific trade experience- WE WILL TRAIN YOU. As a member of our lawn care and pest control team, you will be responsible for independently servicing our customers homes on routes in the GTA.

What We Offer

• Minimum $19/hr guaranteed base for entry-level and up to $29+/hr with incentives and bonuses.
• Full time team members realistically earn $46971 to $57,341+ annually in their first year.  Experienced members earn $65000+. This is real data of money earned by our current team members!

Responsibilities

• Provides lawn care services to residential and some commercial customers
• Drives company truck safely to customer locations (valid G driver’s license required)
• Start time is 630 am Monday to Friday for an 8.5 to 10 hour shift (Saturdays available through busy season)
• Apply fertilizers, weed and insect controls in accordance with I.P.M. standards, work schedules, safety procedures, & label instructions
• WOW customers with ‘over and above’ customer service
• Report to work on time as assigned and complete all tasks with honesty and integrity following company values

Service Operations Manager / Lawn Care Manager

Key Responsibilities: Managing field operations for our award-winning lawn care, pest control, and premium Christmas Decorating and Lighting services. You must have extensive experience organizing and building and training up a service team, budgeting, routing, and conducting site visits.

Knowledge and experience with the highest quality fertilizers, control products, and equipment used in the field, and correctly analyzing, diagnosing, and treating problems originating from diseases, insects, and improper care is important but not all is mandatory.

Our Operations Manager must also attend to all reporting, and administrative requirements related to the job while creating and maintaining a professional and positive job atmosphere.
